Mark J. Landry, CPP

Mark Landry, CPP, is a recognized thought leader and sought-after speaker in security technology implementation, security R&D, and risk intelligence. With over two decades of experience, he has been at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge security solutions to enhance existing protective measures.  Mark spent 20 years at FedEx in varying levels of executive leadership.  He created of the Corporate Strategic Security Organization, overseeing enterprise-level strategies to evaluate, develop, and deploy emerging security technologies, leveraging analytics, robotics, and automation to optimize security operations while addressing manpower constraints. His contributions earned him the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award and Expert-Level Quality Driven Management recognition.

Following his tenure at FedEx, Mark became Senior Director of Global Security Transformation at CEVA Logistics, where he spearheaded strategic security initiatives. His responsibilities included setting minimum security standards, evolving enterprise security risk metrics, modernizing security technologies, and establishing a Global Security Operations Center, the central hub for CEVA's strategic security oversight.

Currently, Mark serves as the Director of Security Intelligence at AMAROK Security, where he founded AMAROK IQ, a pioneering risk intelligence initiative. His work focuses on developing robust risk visualization tools that provide actionable intelligence, illuminating both overt risks and covert “blind spots” that organizations might otherwise overlook.

Mark holds two master’s degrees, one in Security Management and an MBA. He has served as Chairman of the ATA Transportation Security Council and is currently Chairman of the ASIS CSO Center Board. A frequent speaker at ASIS, SIA, and ATA conferences, he is also a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International and an FAA Part 107-Certified Drone Pilot.
