Kevin E. Palacios, CPP, PSP, PCI

Kevin Palacios is an internationally recognized Executive Protection and Security Risk Management professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations and high-profile individuals across Latin America. He is the CEO of HELPS Latam, Director of IFPO Latinoamérica, and serves on the Professional Standards Board of ASIS International. 

A strong advocate for professionalization and evidence-based decision-making in Executive Protection, Kevin is the author of the Executive Protection Risk Management (EPRM) framework and has been actively involved in advancing global standards, ethics, and best practices for the industry. As past chair of the Executive Protection Community, he has contributed extensively to the dialogue surrounding the ASIS Executive Protection Standard and other internationally recognized security frameworks, promoting the integration of protective intelligence, risk management, and business resilience into modern protection programs. 
Through his leadership, consulting, teaching, and standards-development work, Kevin helps organizations move beyond traditional protection models toward risk-driven, measurable, and internationally aligned Executive Protection programs that enhance both security and organizational performance.
